All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your Trimoryn order safely and on time. Available shipping methods and carriers may vary based on your location. Shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Rates will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Please refer to the product pages and current promotions for specific free shipping thresholds and eligible destinations. Our 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages currently include free standard shipping.
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and will update this policy as new shipping destinations become available.
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@us-trimoryne.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, photographs of the damaged product and packaging are extremely helpful and will expedite the resolution process.
Once we have reviewed your case, we will work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include reshipment or store credit, in accordance with our policies.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to modify shipping addresses after an order has been processed. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@us-trimoryne.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order is in processing.
