Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Trimoryn purchase. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase (please refer to your order confirmation or the product listing for specific return windows).
  • The product must be in its original packaging (or damaged packaging must be documented with photographs).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Please note that dietary supplements are subject to specific regulations regarding returns. We reserve the right to limit returns on opened products in accordance with applicable health and safety guidelines.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used beyond what is necessary to evaluate the product
  • Products not in their original condition due to reasons not related to our error
  • Products returned after the return window has expired without prior authorization

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number.
  • Step 3: Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@us-trimoryne.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photographs of the damaged product and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement product or a full refund, at our discretion.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
